Remote maintenance

To offer the best support for questions or problems, it may be necessary for us - provided your consent - to remotely access your computer.

We use the program Teamviewer to provide this access safely and encrypted. If you are requested by the samedi support staff, please click on the relevant download link for your operating system:

After downloading is finished, launch the program (no installation is required) and tell the support staff the 9-digit ID number and the 4-digit password.

Using the ID number, and the randomly generated password, the support staff can see your screen and control your computer.

You can end the session any time with just one mouse click.

Please note that after 4 weeks of free support, we charge fees for support and configuration of 25€ for each starting 15 minutes.
